How to use

Add 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) to a cup and add hot water. Stir until mixed and then add milk as if you are making a cup of tea. Make sure water is added first to avoid clumping. Add a dash of honey or sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Calming Latte and Natures Vitalit

Ordering these products was super easy and came very quickly .
Loving the calming latte for my evening cuppa tea it is very yummy and I make mine a milky one .
Natures Vitality goes into my Greek yoghurt , seeds, berries , millk And oats which is enough keep me going most of day . Have to say hv had a lot going on in fam at moment and certainly not stressing about things. Iam 69 , no health problems and sleep like a baby . Wanted a product that will give me vitamins I may be missing so this is a good trial . Would reorder thank you 🙏
