I've been taking Cress Valley for about 6 weeks now. I was sceptical but when I heard my friend's recommendation, I went ahead. Within a week, my skin looked and felt better and after three weeks, I had more energy and afternoon naps had become a thing of the past. Just in the last few days, my back (long term injury) has begun to spasm less and I feel as if I'm walking straighter. The powder is not that great in water, although some seem to manage this. So I add it to my yoghurt and fruit every day, making a delicious and powerful breakfast.
I have this every day and love the reassurance it gives.me that I'm getting a good balance of vitamins and nutrients which supports my health at a cellular level. I have it in a smoothy.
