How to use
Add 1/2 a measuring teaspoon (1.5g) to hot water (not boiling) and stir into a smooth liquid. Add your favourite milk and stir. If you wish, froth your milk, and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Also goes great with a hot honey lemon drink for those ills and chills.

I just love this I put teaspoon of honey and fill cup up with oat milk and heat it up absolutely delicious
I’ve had an ongoing hip problem, that has stopped me walking for over a year! I normally walked my dog between 2 to 3 kilometers a day and have been reduced to hobbling around on a walking frame. Exrays , steroid injections and ultrasounds show nothing, but the pains been excruciating .. waiting to see an orthopedic specialist is taking forever, even private 🤷🏼♀️
